One more week and it's officially a habit...or is that 21 days and it's a habit..well..I think 6 days a week of 5 miles a day counts. I am handling it well except that I can't run quite as fast as I want. I'm trying to just listen to my body. Sometimes I think I'm doing pretty well and then when I'm tired I slow down and take it easy...I just wish I didn't have to slow down but I can't wear myself out on my runs. I have no time for naps when I get home and need to be a little energizer bunny to make it cheerfully through my day. |
