my legs were aching today. We took a small walking break and that helped me finish the distance. I'm running more like 2.5 but I'll just put in 2..not sure..probably like 2.43 or something. My partner has a Garmin and together we go 2.17. I run to and from her house which adds a little bit as she is almost a quarter mile from my house. Anyway..too scientific for my brain. have a happy day everyone!! |
