Okay so coach Sasha has given me a training plan for the next few weeks..Ha!! We'll see how it goes. I'm only allowed to run 2 miles but I need to run them fast. Well relatively fast. 11:30 pace is the goal. I typically slow down to like oh..20 minute pace and watch butterflies and old women with arthritis pace me with ease...but I'm going to try it out and see how it goes. I have been trying it on and off this week and it is okay so far. Just as long as 1. I don't go into preterm labor on or after my run because of pushing myself I'm good. and 2. I have to feel good enough during the day to keep things relatively sane on the homefront. Today I went to the library, a store and the mall with all the kiddos. Then I registered the car and made delicious soup for dinner. I'm saving the rest of the laundry and the bed making for hubby to help with..like right now..almost bedtime... |
