Not be an embarassment to my family full of world class athletes.

Personal:

Madly in love with Sasha. We have been married since 1996 and have been blessed with seven of the most adorable and talented children : Benjamin, Jennifer, Julia, and Joseph, Jacob, William and Stephen.

All of our children have run in at least one race, including Jacob and William who did it inside the womb. I enjoy various non-running activities such as: baking, sewing, playing organ, piano and flute, painting, and playing with our  vivacious children.

Feeling good today. I made homemade root beer for my kids. My mom used to make it and we always called it Root Beer Koolaid because she just added sugar, flavoring and water....My kids loved it. They had homemade ice cream with it for their first root beer floats ever believe it or not.

Root beer floats are my kids favorites. I am glad you are feeling better today, I feel pretty crummy. I think I am coming down with the flu or something. YUK!!!

I love root beer too.I'll buy it for myself at Good Earth when I get a hankering for it...but nothing is good when you have the flu...I'm sorry. Do you still run through the flu...Sasha runs through everything except extremely high fevers. I can't run when I'm sick...especially the flu. Take care.

sometimes I run through sickness but I am going take tomorrow off. The flu is not a good thing to run with.

How is the weather up there? Do you run outside or on a treadmill? That homemade root beer sounds really good!

Hello, Sarah! Did Sasha tell you about the comment I left on his blog with week? I think it was Tuesday. I sorry to hear you have the snow-shovelling-blues. But, homemade root beer float sound divine. I can imagine myself there at your kitchen table and trying it. Yum! It tastes great! I can hear everyone asking for seconds, thirds, and fourths. I have fond memories of your strawberry pie, cookies, cherries, and smoothies. I think that wonderful memory just melted three inches of snow!

Did somebody say root beer float?
